We offer FREE Shipping on UK orders £45 and over, Mainland Europe orders over £250.

99% of our UK customers qualify for free shipping. Don't be in the 1 %!

We have a variety of options for different locations listed below These will automatically appear at checkout if applicable.

United Kingdom & Channel Islands
  • Orders £45 and over = FREE (Royal Mail 2nd class within 3-5 working days)
  • Orders under £45 = £4.95 (Royal Mail 2nd class within 3-5 working days
  • All orders = £6.95 (Royal Mail 1st Class within 1-3 working days)

Your Order Journey

You will always receive an e-mail from us to confirm receipt of your order.

We will send you a further e-mail informing when the order has been shipped.

You will normally receive a tracking number and confirmation of which carrier we have used.

All shipments are tracked (although not necessarily during their journey) to record despatch and receipt.

You will need to go to that carrier's website to monitor shipping progress.

In case of no receipt:

a) Check the tracking status online then

b) Contact us at enquiries@lafantine.com

Shipping Providers

Royal Mail is our main UK shipper. Royal Mail will attempt delivery only once.

If you are not available to accept or sign for the delivery they will leave a card.

You will need to take this card along with proof of address and ID to your local sorting office (details will be on the card).

You will have 2 weeks to collect the package from the sorting office.

We will charge you any costs incurred if you do not claim your parcel from the Carrier within their specified time.

Rest of Europe
  • Orders over £250 = FREE (Tracked delivery within 3- 5 working days)
  • Orders up to £250 = £12 (Tracked delivery within 3- 5 working days)

Please note that some countries may levy importation charges on goods supplied. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the consignee.

Our overseas carrier is usually Royal Mail with their respective country partners, but may vary according to destination.

Your local carrier will attempt to deliver at least once. If you are not available to accept or sign for the delivery they will leave a card or make contact.

You will need to take this card along with proof of address and ID to your local sorting office.

You will have a specified amount of time to collect the package from the sorting office, or they will return to Lafantine.

We will charge you any costs incurred if you do not claim your parcel from the Carrier within their specified time.
